A furnace that won't light or keeps shutting off needs real diagnosis, not another reset. A CO check happens on every call, standard, not an upsell.
Furnace failures in Cheney cluster around a handful of parts — ignitors, flame sensors, gas valves, heat exchangers. Each gets tested with a multimeter and combustion analyzer, not replaced on a hunch, not parts-cannon guessing.
Safety and accuracy on every heating call.
A combustion analyzer reading for dangerous CO levels is part of every visit, not optional.
We bump no-heat calls ahead of routine visits when it's cold.
Ignitor or heat exchanger, the price is quoted and approved before work begins.
Our techs are trained equally on gas furnaces and electric heat strips, no exceptions.
Six repairs that cover most of our winter calls.
Cracked ignitors and carbon-fouled sensors cause a large share of no-heat calls, usually a same-visit fix.
Gas valve testing confirms the fault before we recommend replacing it.
A cracked heat exchanger can leak combustion byproducts into the airflow — we inspect with a scope and analyzer rather than assuming based on age.
We test both before condemning the control board.
Older Cheney furnaces with standing pilots have their own failure points — thermocouples, pilot orifices, draft issues that newer ignition doesn't have.
Zero response from the furnace can mean a wiring fault, not a furnace failure to avoid overcharging for parts you don't need.
Four steps, safety checked at every one.
Describe the symptom and we route the nearest tech and we'll get someone moving.
A stocked truck arrives ready to diagnose and often repair same visit.
Combustion analysis happens before any repair is quoted, then a flat-rate quote.
Most repairs finish same visit, with a final CO check before we leave, backed by warranty.
